Built in 1911–12, Nathan Wyeth’s house became a chancery annex in 2015 after serving as an ambassadorial residence. ACG Architects designed the rear office extension.

The exterior follows the existing 2406 building in ACG’s 2021 drawings and the supplied photographs. Some dimensions and concealed details are approximate.
DC Office of Planning reported the former ambassadorial residence vacant since 2004. The Commission of Fine Arts dates its conversion to a chancery annex to 2015.
The 2021 proposal to replace and connect the neighboring 2400 Massachusetts Avenue building is excluded from this model, site area and assessment.
