The principal building, entrance court, terraces, and nearby slope are modeled. The wooded western end of the 2.53-acre parcel is outside the detailed scene.
The architect’s acquisition narrative gives 1986; a later history gives 1989. Acquisition is left unresolved. The model is a photographic reconstruction, not a surveyed architectural drawing.
