Ali Haider Sulaiman
Ali Haider Sulaiman represented republican Iraq in Washington after the overthrow of the monarchy. He presented credentials in June 1959 and participated with other Arab ambassadors in a 1960 meeting with Secretary of State Christian Herter concerning Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion’s visit to the United States. 1, 2
