Abdul Moeis
Abdul Moeis represented Indonesia in Washington during the expansion of international development lending at the beginning of the 1970s. He participated in the signing of Indonesia’s first education credit on 6 November 1970. The project supported five technical training centers and the preparation of 330 teachers. 1
