His postings included Washington, Brussels, The Hague, Athens, and Belgrade, as well as acting assignments in London and Paris. He also wrote on the patriarchates of the Ottoman Empire and translated the Sudan codes into Arabic.","As minister in Washington, Sidarouss proposed talks on cotton in September 1931.
